How to build Resident Services Plaza in Minecraft

A whole Animal Crossing: New Horizons island centre: the green-and-yellow Resident Services building with the Nook Inc. leaf on its roof, a round plaza with the big shady tree, the bulletin board and a Tom Nook statue, Nook's Cranny with its striped awning, the Able Sisters tailor shop with its giant spool of thread, colourful tents for new islanders, fruit trees and flowers, and a sandy beach with a wooden dock and a Dodo Airlines seaplane tied up alongside.

Building tips

1. Lay out the ground first: grass, the round sandstone plaza, the beach and one layer of water. Every building sits straight on top, so the island stays flat and easy to build.
2. The rooftop leaf sign is a white disc stood on its edge with a two-tone green leaf on the front. Draw it on the layer grid before you place it.
3. Hang a few coloured blocks off the edges of each fruit tree canopy: orange, red and pink read as oranges, apples and peaches from a distance.
4. Tents are just triangles of wool: two blocks at the bottom, then one row in, then a single ridge. Leave the front open as a doorway.
5. Build the seaplane on its two white floats first, then add the body, the top wing and the tail fin. Tie it to the end of the dock so it looks ready for your next trip.
