How to build South Park Elementary in Minecraft

The school where Mr. Garrison, Mr. Mackey and PC Principal try their best. A long reddish-brick building with white trim bands and rows of windows, a tall entrance block with "SOUTH PARK ELEMENTARY" across the front, a flagpole, a snowy playground and the yellow school bus waiting at the kerb.

Building tips

1. Build the long main block first as a simple hollow box, then add the taller entrance block over the middle of it.
2. The white bands are what make it read as the show's school. Run one at the first-floor line and one at the roof edge, and let both stick out one block from the wall.
3. Recess every window one block into the wall and put a quartz slab sill under it. The shadow lines give the long walls depth.
4. Count the letters of the sign from the 2D layer grid. Each letter is 3 blocks wide and 5 tall, with a one-block gap; the M and the N are wider.
5. Build the bus on a flat patch first: wheels, then the yellow box, then the black rub rail and the window strip. The hood is just a lower box on the front.
6. Snow on the roof is a single layer of white concrete. Add a few grey air-conditioning boxes so it does not look empty from above.
