How to build Minion Statue in Minecraft

A giant one-eyed Minion, giggling like he just pressed a button he should not have. He has the yellow capsule body, a big silver goggle with a brown eye, a wide open laughing mouth, blue overalls with the round logo on the bib pocket, black gloves and boots, and a few wispy hairs on top. He holds a banana up in the air like a trophy. A little minion looks up at him in awe, a huge banana lies on the lawn and BELLO! is spelled out in front in yellow. Bee-do bee-do!

Building tips

  1. The body is one round tower 11 blocks across. Round off the bottom two layers and the top four layers so it looks like a capsule, not a can.
  2. Do the colours by height: blue for the trousers at the bottom, yellow for everything above. Then add a blue bib on the front only, with two blue straps running up to the shoulders.
  3. The goggle sticks out one block from the face: a ring of iron blocks, white inside, a brown eye and a black pupil. A black strap runs all the way round the head at the same height.
  4. Make the mouth wide and open: a black outline, white teeth along the top and a red tongue. The bigger the grin, the funnier he looks.
  5. Use black stained glass panes for the hairs. They are thin, so they look like the few wispy strands every Minion has.
